The Chef de Partie, reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef will demonstrate passion about the role and what they have to offer in the kitchen, take pride in their work and aspire to company standards. They will have experience in a Chef de Partie role, be familiar with various cooking methods, ingredients and processes. They will have the ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure and knowledge of best cooking practices.


We require a hardworking and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team and assist the Head Chef and his team to deliver high quality of food preparation and presentation.


Reports directly to the Head Chef/Sous Chef.
Interacts with other members of the kitchen and F&B team.


  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
  • To work on and accept direction in the relevant kitchen sections
  • Actively participate in menu development, planning and production
  • Check, record and report temperatures of fridges and freezers in line with SOP
  • Oversee Kitchen porters ensuring hygiene practice is adhered to.
  • To understand and observe all Health & Safety regulations, COSHH HACCP, Food Safety and Safety at work act while on company premises
  • Must willing to undertake any reasonable requests made of them by the company including flexibility in hours and responsibility.
