Our gym manager, former lightweight boxing champion Scotty Cardle and his team are always on hand to help with any of your fitness needs.

We have a variety of classes to suit all, from our award winning spin bikes, HIIT workouts, yoga or aquarobics.
In addition to these Scott Cardle has devised a knock-out timetable of boxing inspired classes in our fully equipped gymnasium and beach bootcamps.
These are the perfect way to get fighting fit and have fun. All classes are free when you are a member plus full use of our 20 metre heated pool, sauna, spa and squash court.
