At the Dalmeny, we believe the best ingredients make the best food. With locally sourced produce, including Ribble Valley beef and locally caught fish, all cooked by our expert team of Chefs, there's no need to look further afield. Dinner is available from 5.30pm every day and is served in either the Atrium, Bar Indigo or the Carvery Restaurant (subject to availability).
