Useful Information
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time, this will allow time to help yourself to refreshments but also to complete/update a client card. With all our spa treatments, robes and slippers will be provided but you may wish to bring your own footwear for use in our thermal journey.
All our treatments are suitable for both men and women. We can accommodate individual or small group bookings. Please contact us directly to discuss private party bookings.
Duel & separate treatment rooms available.
Cancellation
We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. 72 hours for Spa Packages and large bookings. Failure to provide the required notice will result in full payment charge for your booking.
