CBC Bootcamp Overview

The CBC fitness Bootcamp runs from 22nd - 29th January.

Former British Lightweight boxing champion, Scotty Cardle and his team will be helping you achieve your fitness goals over seven days - while the Dalmeny team will be helping you unwind and relax in the evenings.

There will be up to 4 exercise classes daily, including training, bespoke meals, recovery and wellness.

Your evenings will consist of winding down in the Dalmeny Spa & Leisure facilities and enjoying the in-house entertainment before settling down in one of our relaxing bedrooms for the night.

  • 6:15 am - Strength / Warmup
  • 6:30 am - Spin / HIIT
  • 9:00 am - HIIT / S&C
  • 10:15 am - Snack / Fuel / Hydrate
  • 11:30 am - HIIT
  • 1:30 pm - R&R
  • 3:30 pm - Bootcamp circuit
  • 4:30 pm - Snack
  • 5:00 pm - Walk & Stretch
  • 6:00 pm - Dinner
  • 7:00 pm - Team Entertainment

You will be participating in up to 4 classes per day under the watchful eye of  Scotty Cardle and his team who will make sure your personal goals are achieved by the end of camp.

All meals are provided, bespoke to you and your goals.

We also invite you to enjoy our Eucalyptus steam room, dry heat sauna, whirlpool spa and swimming pool in the evenings.

Tranquil spa treatments are also available to purchase from our health club during your stay.
