·Managing the Food and Beverage team, including training, recruitment and conduct and performance management
·Full operational responsibility for the Food and Beverage department including but not limited to; scheduling rotas, purchasing, management of absence and holidays,
·Overseeing the financial performance of the Food and Beverage department including beverage stock control, management of wage cost in line with given budgets and influencing incremental revenue through developing a sales culture within the department.
·To oversee, coach and develop the senior F&B team, giving performance appraisals in line with company policy.
·Handling customer feedback both positive and negative in a proactive and constructive manner.
·Fully responsible for health and safety within the department
·To develop a structured training plan within the department to inspire a customer experience led culture.
