GYM Dalmeny is open to members and guests alike and has a fabulous range of modern facilities including:
- Air conditioned Techno-Gym
- Full aerobics timetable 7 days a week including Pilates, Body Conditioning and Aqua Aerobics
- 20 metre pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Aromatic Steam Room and Splash Pool
- For children, during school holidays and at weekends we offer: Fun with Floats, Swimming Galas, Water Polo, Games Time, Wii Competitions, (Gym members price: £3 per 3 hr session) Please note: parents must stay on the premises during these sessions.

Parent & Toddler Swim Classes - Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-11.45am
Cost: £5.50 including a regular tea or coffee served in the Poolside Lounge, which has a play area for the children. Also receive 10% off any food purchased in the patio café bar after your session.
New Zumba Classes - Wednesdasy 7pm - 8pm, Thursdays 10am - 11am
Cost: £4.50 - in the Ballroom
Monthly Aerobic Passes are available for all aerobic classes
