Yes, SPA treatments must be booked in advance.

Are there any aerobics classes available?
Yes 34 classes throughout the week again these can be booked in advance.


Is entertainment available during my stay?

Is there parking on site?
Yes there is free parking at the back and front of the hotel as well as underground parking (150 spaces)

What if I want to cancel my booking?
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 6pm on the day prior to your arrival without incurring any further charges. Cancellations advised after this time will incur an additional charge equal to the cost of your first night's stay.

What's included in the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate?
When a dinner inclusive rate is indicated, this will include a three course table d'hote dinner served in the Carvery, (when the Carvery is closed a three course table d'hote dinner may be taken in the Atrium.) Guests booked on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis may take dinner in the Patio, Carvery or the Atrium. If dining in the Atrium a £17 allowance will be credited against your final bill. Please note that no refunds will be given.

Do I have to book my meal in advance?
It is advisable you book your meals in advance.
