This was our fourth visit and we have never been disappointed.
All the staff are very firendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is our second stay here and expect to stay again soon.
The room was lovely, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly, we didn't want to leave!! Can't wait to go back again

We have been coming to the Dalmeny for nearly 40 years and it never ceases to delight. This time we had our room upgraded which we very much appreciated. Thank you. One compl;aint- we come so often we know the menu in the Atrium/bar by heart. Please go back to the 3 course table d/hote in the Atrium.I say this every time I come!

Thank you for your comments. We are introducing a new menu for summer in the bar & atrium, which will still have some of the firm favourites but with a few new, seasonal dishes. When the carvery is closed you should also have the option of a 3 course table d'hote menu in addition to the a la carte. We hope to welcome you back again soon, thank you for your loyal custom!
Excellent family hotel.
We stayed at The Delmeny Hotel for one night in April for a birthday celebration and it was better than expected. We had a huge room with 2 enormous beds, a sea view. We checked in, explored the hotel and used the pool. We dined out for diner. The room was near a party room so it was noisy until midnight, but that's the only negative. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and so did our 3 year old. It seems that children are well catered for with entertainment. All in all a great family hotel. We will definitely return.

OUR FIRST ROOM WE HAD WAS A BIT BELOW EXPECTATIONS,THE SINGLE BED WAS RIGHT UP TO THE DOOR NEXT TO THE HALLWAY.WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ON REQUEST AND THAT WAS FINE. IT WONT STOP ME FROM RETURNING IN THE FUTURE,BUT SINCE MY VISIT I WOULD BOOK A PREMIER ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW.

Had an excellent family Easter break! Lots for kids to do during the day and family entertainment I'm the evening, all staff were really friendly,and the reception staff were so helpful. Only reason never gave it 5 stars was I think the rooms could be doing with a update and the showers in our rooms were terrible!! Bit other than that, food good,staff good, location good. Will definitely be returning in the future .
This hotel has been recommended to me by many people and I was not disappinted. It is the perfect place to stay for families as there is so much for the children to do.
excellent hotel and wonderful facilities. room was the best i have ever stayed in in terms of size and comfort. the only complaint was it was far too hot in the breakfast and carvery restaurant. soo uncomfortable and spoiled the enjoyment of a meal at night and our breakfasts
