GYM Dalmeny is open to members and guests alike and has a fabulous range of modern facilities including:

• Air conditioned Techno-Gym
• Full aerobics timetable 7 days a week including Pilates, Body Conditioning and Aqua Aerobics
• 20 metre pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Aromatic Steam Room and Splash Pool
• For children, during school holidays and at weekends we offer: Fun with Floats, Swimming Galas, Water Polo, Games Time, Wii Competitions, (Gym members price: £3 per 3 hr session) Please note: parents must stay on the premises during these sessions.

• BRAND NEW RE-FURBISHED CHANGING ROOMS.

Parent & Toddler Swim Classes - Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-11.45am (term time only)

• Cost: £5.50 including a regular tea or coffee served in the Poolside Lounge, which has a play area for the children.
• Also receive 10% off any food purchased in the patio café bar after your session.

Zumba Class - Thursdays 10am

• Cost: £4.50 - in the Ballroom
• Monthly Aerobic Passes are available for all aerobic classes
• Monthly and annual memberships are available.
