"We’ve been using the Dalmeny Hotel for a number of years now for a 4 day long training session on behalf of Leeds University Union. We’ve always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful (hence us continuing to return each year)

This year however, your people went above and beyond with their level of service. Marcus and Nick in particular couldn’t do enough for us, being flexible with how we used the rooms and other spaces in the hotel. They were constantly proactive in meeting our needs and really helped the 4 days go very smoothly. They are both an asset to your organisation.

The reception team were fantastic in loaning our students some furniture to set up on the beach for a particular team challenge. And all the serving staff in both the café and the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly, again accommodating requests for changing meal times, amending orders and even dressing our table on the last night with balloons.

I can’t remember the last time I wrote a letter of praise like this, but your people really deserved it. The level of service we experienced was exemplary. Please pass our thanks on to all concerned.
